Students in the AP Physics I classes tested their spaghetti bridges during class on Monday, December 14. While the students were allowed to choose their own designs, the bridges were required to be under 100g and at least 12 inches across.
“It took four tries to get the exact idea that I wanted, after a lot of hours of painful suffering,” junior Bridget Griesbach said. “I was relieved that I got to break it because I was afraid that it wasn’t going to hold a lot, especially because before school, people were telling me that it wasn’t going to be strong enough and it wasn’t even going to hold the bucket. They were all breaking my spirit.”
