It was a sweltering night. My mom’s car’s AC was broken. The only thing that kept me from turning back was the hope and promise of orange chicken at T. Jins.
Medium-sized chicken pieces with orange glaze perked up my taste buds. Not only was it fried goodness, the orange-flavored sauce had the right amount of zest to make the chicken pop with flavor.
The food was delivered in a short amount of time, and the temperature was perfect for eating. Not too hot nor too cold.
The dish came with white rice, or you could choose fried or brown rice for a dollar extra. The orange chicken in the Lunch Special was less expensive than the one offered for dinner, but it was worth every cent.
All in all, I enjoyed eating my orange chicken. I would definitely eat at T. Jins again!
