On Friday October 20, students gathered in the gym for the Blackout Bryan pep rally. The stands were a mass of black clothing punctuated by the occasional neon glow stick. Besides the usual cheerleader and drumline performances, students also got to watch their teachers dance with the Belles. In addition, as a special treat, the Consol-based music duo, Stereotype, performed for the crowd.
Finally, the cheerleaders asked the assembled students to wish the football team luck in their game against Bryan, to be held Friday evening at Bryan.
