“So it’s part of Be-you-tiful week and we just wanted everyone to have a valentine with their name on it so that everyone can feel included and promote school spirit,” senior Maria de Figueiredo said. “The idea is that if you see your heart, you take it, or if you see one of your friends’ hearts, you take it and go give it to them, so it just kind of promotes community and that way the whole school can feel loved.”
