1. David Cameron (UK Prime Minister) is calling a one day vote this Wednesday over the possibility of UK airstrikes in Syria. He believes that “”Isil is a threat to our country and this is the right thing to do”

2. The prime suspect in the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting has been identified as well as his three victims. Robert Lewis Dear is accused of killing policeman Garrett Swasey, veteran Ke’Arre Stewart, and civilian Jennifer Markovsky.

3. Adelle’s new album, 25, has sold 3.38 million copies in its first week on sale, making it the first ever album to sell more than 3 million copies in one week.

4. The House voted to increase screening on Syrian refugees. The bill passed 289 to 137, with nearly 50 Democrats supporting it.

5. Nearly 200 countries will meet in Paris in early December to work on the global agreement addressing climate change.

6. Kobe Bryant announced that he will retire at the end of this season. Bryant won 5 NBA championships with the Lakers in his 20 year long career.

7. While Hillary Clinton has managed to downplay a lot of the buzz involving her email scandal, 8,000 emails from 2012-2013 were released, including some ‘colorful names for Republican front-runners’.

8. Since the introduction of Obamacare 6 years ago, Republicans have tried to repeal it more than 50 times. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been trying to convince skeptical senators to repeal Obamacare once more. This time though, it is believed they may get the bill to president Obama’s desk.

9. Suicides in Texas prisons have been steadily rising, going from 22 in 2008 to 31 in 2014. Attempted suicides went from 750 in 2008 to 980 this year.

10. On Saturday Nov. 28 the AMCHS football team faced off against Fort Bend Ridge Point at NRG stadium. The Tigers lost 35-27, ending their playoff run.
