The A&M Consolidated boys’ soccer team defeated the Waco University Trojans, the defending 4A state champions, 3-2 at Tiger Stadium on Jan. 21. Senior Josh Schecter and junior Daniel Zivney scored for the Tigers as they broke the Trojans’ 33-game win streak.
The Tigers will play their first district match on Jan. 31 at Lufkin.
