On Friday, October 13, Consol students dressed in camouflage in accordance with the theme of hunting the CSHS Cougars. Tiger football would face off against their longstanding rivals at a home game later that night. 

The pep rally saw performances by the cheerleaders, Bengal Belles, and band. In honor of the crosstown showdown, the spirit chant at the end of the rally was changed from the usual cheering competition to the back-and-forth chant, “Go Tigers! Beat Purple!”
