The game started with Bryan taking a slight early lead, but the first period remained close throughout. A few minutes into the second, Consol pulled ahead to 23-15, and by the end were leading at a comfortable score of 38-22. The lead closed a little in the third, ending at 53-42.

Bryan slowly closed the gap throughout the fourth period, and, with two minutes left, were a close 3 points behind at 65-62. At this point, the ref called a series of  fouls on Consol, stopping time and helping Bryan close the gap. By the time a minute was left, the score was 67-65.

With less than 30 seconds left, Consol was still leading 69-67, but ten seconds later, Bryan tied the game at 69-69. Finally, the clock showing only 1.9 seconds, Consol, yet again, fouled Bryan, giving them another free-throw. With the crowd in shock, Bryan put one last shot in the net, winning the game 69-70.
